Since moving to Sunderland from London in 2012, Andrew’s grown to love the people and place he knew virtually nothing about before he arrived! 

 

He’s been actively involved with Sunderland Connect Network in a number of ways and shares its vision to see a city transformed under God and to have local churches working together to extend the frontiers of the Kingdom.  Having known Deb since the beginning of Sunderland Connect Network's journey, he longs for its vision to become more of a living reality.  Being appointed as Chair of the Trustees, he hopes he can help to guide Sunderland Connect Network through its next stage of growth and development. 

 

Andrew is Team Vicar in the Parish of Monkwearmouth and whilst he’s always been an Anglican he’s very ecumenically minded, valuing the breadth and perspectives of diverse Christian traditions.  He has a background in construction and brings business and project management skills to the team, along with, he hopes, some fun!
