WHAT WE DO

Working across Sunderland we are facilitating networking groups, raising awareness of support already being delivered by the Christian community and linking otherwise disparate shared interest groups and individuals

We focus our efforts on areas where the church can contribute to the most pressing challenges facing Sunderland, our action areas.

We have seen that when the church and community come together it creates a relationship that produces real transformation.

CONNECT CONVERSATIONS

A Connect Conversation starts with people coming together to discuss and grow an initial idea, with the hope that the idea promotes collaboration between church and/or community with the aim of growing a successful project that positively benefits the people of Sunderland.

EVENTS

Events, Online and in-person events and training run regularly throughout the year. They range from enabling and equipping to celebration events such as our flag ship event, Believe in Sunderland.

CONNECT SUNDAYS

Talk to us about how we can incorporate a Connect Sunday within your Sunday Church service. We will invite at your request, 3-4 Christian organisations currently working in Sunderland to come and share about where they are reaching in Sunderland.

LEADERS CONNECT

Leaders Connect are ministers and leaders from a variety of Christian traditions, denominations and organisations. The leaders gather regularly for prayer, support and to find ways of working together.
