About the Event

Tony Horsefall is an author of "Working from a place of rest". In our Keeping it Together gathering this month he is going to talk to us about "Transition & change, loss and grief". Tony writes, "Change comes to all of us many times as we move through life, and every transition (even positive ones) brings with it a degree of loss and therefore grief. These feelings may not always be acknowledged or anticipated and can destabilise us if we do not know how to handle them. This talk will look at the process of transition, and how to make a good adjustment in times of change".

A practical session for us and those we seek to support!
